I have the privilege and honor of helping adults and children build confidence, celebrate milestones, develop independence, face life's hurdles, dive deeper internally, discover strengths and interests while challenging fears and social norms with courage and depth of soul.

I work with people across the lifespan. We address Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, College/University Life, Career Issues, Life transitions, Self-esteem, Imposter Syndrome, ADHD management + testing (age 6 to 60) for those interested in continued treatment.

I offer Individual Therapy (approximately 50 minutes) and Therapy Intensives (90 min to 3 hours).
